The Lifting of the Veil

A Tumblr Blog
I realized this morning,how wonderful it is to just be alive.With my love and partner Marcelle,we realize that the very breath we have been given is Sacred.It is indeed a time to celebrate our get excited about finally Knowing.Our awareness is expanding...we see what we have never seen...The Truth is shining brighter than ever before.The veil is really lifting. Of course there will be chaos...there will be confusion...the transition will reveal what we have not wanted to see.But there is no turning back.It is inevitable that what is false will end.Illusion can never be True.What is not real,will not last. I sit writing this ,calm in the knowing...that all is on schedule...The great Time we have all been waiting for has come.We should not fear the incredible change that is about to take place...If we believe what we say we believe..Then All will be well..and a New Day will begin. email : Webview : Help End the Culture of Violence | July Update

    Dear Friend,
    Last week, the National Football League (NFL) suspended Baltimore Ravens running back, Ray Rice, for a mere two games.[1]The decision was issued when video footage was released of Rice dragging his unconscious fiancée out of an elevator, having apparently beaten her.[2] The response from the football community has been bleak. John Harbough, Head Coach of the Baltimore Ravens, said the suspension is “not a big deal… it’s just part of the process,” and that he would continue to support Rice.[3] Further, even though over 50,000 people have signed a petition saying the NFL “has consistently shied away from meaningful punishments for domestic abuse”,[4] the NFL senior vice president of labor policy claimed the punishment was “appropriate.”[5]
    As this situation highlights, the lack of NFL leadership to put an end to domestic abuse results in the perpetuation of cultural violence across the NFL. In fact, in 2013 alone, 21 of 32 NFL teams employed at least one player with a domestic or sexual violence charge on their record.[6] This is reprehensible. And as TIME reporter Eliana Dockterman reports,

    5 Uses for Spent Coffee Grounds | Wake Up World

    Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world. It’s grown in over 70 countries and amounts to over 16 billion pounds of beans every year. That’s a lot of beans… and when they’re only used once and thrown away, it also amounts to a huge amount of waste.
    If you drink a lot of coffee or have worked in a coffee house, you have probably looked at the massive amount of coffee grounds being thrown away after one use and wondered, “isn’t there something these can be used for?” You’re not alone, researchers all over the world have wondered the same thing and explored the issue. The good news — spent coffee grounds DO have value! What potential uses for used coffee grounds have been found?

    The living are soft and supple;
    the dead are rigid and stiff.
    In life, plants are flexible and tender;
    in death, they are brittle and dry.

    Stiffness is thus a companion of death;
    flexibility a companion of life.
    An army that cannot yield
    will be defeated.
    A tree that cannot bend
    will crack in the wind.

    The hard and stiff will be broken.
    The soft and supple will prevail.

    "Yield and prevail. If you can bend, you can be preserved unbroken. If you can flex, you can be kept straight. If you can be emptied, you can be filled. If you can be worn out, you can be renewed. Those with little can receive much. Those with much can be confused."
